After recently passing my test and my first car failing on me I came across portrack budget cars, honestly couldn\u2019t fault Freddie at all, excellent customer service, answered all questions I had. The car was in immaculate condition when I viewed it and I honestly couldn\u2019t be any happier with my purchase! Would 100% recommend Portrack budget cars, outstanding service.
I was looking for a first car for my Partners daughter and had travelled for 4.5 hours on the train from South Cumbria to Newcastle to view a Ford KA. The KA turned out to be not as described and I was stuck so I Iooked online and found a clean Corsa for sale at Portrack Budget Cars. I spoke with Freddy and he gave me the confidence that this was a genuine car with no hidden concerns so I jumped back on the train and travelled to Teeside. Freddy collected me from the train station in the Corsa, I had a test drive then parked up at his yard and inspected it. 45 mins later I was insuring the car and driving away. The car was pretty much spotless. Freddy is such a nice guy, very friendly and honest, a rare find in the budget used car market. I would highly recommend Portrack Budget Cars! I was looking for a pre owned vehicle with low mileage and service history and found a car with this company. The owner met me and made the process easy, they gave me their full attention, they were responsive, extremely knowledgeable and did everything they promised.
