I bought my wife's car from them, initially brilliant, but within a week identified a serious problem, which eventually cost me \xa31600 + to repair. They said their warranty covers me for \xa3150. Not happy, taking action against them!

Looked up cars on Google. I found a VW T roc at Penvensey car sales. Myself and my husband went along to view the car we were told that we cannot test drive it on the day we had to reserve the car and book a test drive. I went online to book this but found I had to leave a \xa3500.00 pound deposit just to test drive a car. We asked if this was correct and was told yes that's right the money doesn't leave your account but is in a pending state. We decided not to go ahead and went along to Bexhill motors in Bexhill as they had a good selection of cars. They let us test drive 2 cars and we decided to buy one of these. Pevensey Bay car sales has lost a sale due to their reserve policy very silly especially if you wanted to test drive more than one car at \xa3500.00 pound each car wow. Lost a sale here.

Very friendly and professional, I had my car valued elsewhere also but returned to Pevensey Bay Car Centre as they are a pleasure to deal with, gave me a fair price for my car and dropped me back home after I had it sold to them. Cannot praise them highly enough.

Terrible company. Wouldn’t spend your money here. Car has had nothing but problems. They are not entertaining sorting it out either, zero customer service. Avoid at all costs.
