Robert was great, very easy to deal with, explained each step. Very patient with me as I was at work. So many calls to me . Went to Leeds car was ready. Unfortunately tyre had a faulty. But his team was quick to put a new tyre on . Very happy. I would say this is the best service on buying a new car i have had. Thanks you all .
I had dealings with your employee; her name is Becky. She is very kind and takes great care of customers, which I really liked. She supported me throughout the whole process and kept me updated about my new car. Employees like her are very important, and it would be great to have more people like her.
We visited the Huddersfield branch on a return journey form England as we had seen a car we liked online.... first called the branch to check if they were open as it was Easter Sunday and spoke to Murt who told me the branch was closed but we could view the car but wouldn't be able to test drive it which was fine with us. We paid a reserve fee as we didnt want to chance it being sold on arrival. Murt met us outside he was very friendly and easy to talk to. We decided to purchase the car and so Murt offered us drinks while he got some paperwork together . This process was easy , quick and very relaxed with no pressure and Murt explained everything thoroughly and answered our questions honestly. We left the branch about 40mins later very happy . Murt kept us informed at every stage and very promptly. He called us after the car arrived with us to see if everything was ok. From start to finish the whole process was seamless. Murt is an absolute credit to the Arnold Clark Group. I would 100% recommend buying from him and Arnold Clark
