I would not recommend Perrys Worksop Kia because Perrys at Worksop The Kia used car sales customer service we received was bad! The guy was not rude or anything but spent more time trying to sell us alloy wheel cover than he did showing us around the new car! We had to wait 3 weeks after agreeing a sale because they couldn’t find the keys so had to place a back order to Kia. Then when we did finally pick the car up we were never offered a test drive in our new car nor were we shown how things work we were just told to take it home and have a play …. The manual was about an inch thick full of tiny writing! and we are not that techy so buying an electric car was very daunting for us but he wasn’t interested at all in helping us! Felt like he just wanted us off the forecourt as quickly as possible. Then when we got the car home we found some damage on the rear drive door which wasn’t pointed out to us… again really annoying! We did get a full charge for the inconvenience of waiting 3 weeks but I asked for that!! Figured that was the least they could have done! and being 12 month old were also promised a full health check but the day after we picked it up, the car wouldn’t start. Turned out there was a fault on the battery so it had to have a new ICCU. Once again we were left waiting to get our new car! Not sure how this wasn’t picked up by the “ full service check”” though
