My experience at Perrys Mansfield Mazda was memorable because James made the whole process very straightforward. I appreciated his friendly manner and that he worked hard to create a deal that I was happy with. All options were explained, without any pressure and I was given the time to decide how I wanted to proceed.
My experience at Perrys Mansfield Mazda could have been better because i have an issue with a scratch on the paintwork. I have contacted the salesman on numerous occasions and was told he would get back to me after I initially spoke to him and sent photos but has since not replied in response to my calls. I am very disappointed with this after sales service and would have expected better from a main dealer.
We Bought a part Exchange from Perry's - but they treated it like a new car and did a comprehensive service and MOT before we picked it up so that it was in the best condition possible, they even buffed out some scratches and filled some chips in the paint. Alan was very helpful as this was my first time buying a car,
My experience at Perrys Mansfield Mazda was cracking because I was looked after by James ( used car sales executive) and he was nothing but professional and polite throughout the whole process! Definitely score the young man 11/10 if it was possible! A credit to the team at Perrys Mansfield!
