I would not recommend Perrys Huddersfield MG because the price of the vehicle had changed when I came to settle the balance. I was told the Perry's perks would ensure I would incur no further costs and would be free of charge however it was added to the end price of the vehicle. The vehicle was also advertised as being £500 less than the price I was then charged. I have also since discovered I have the previous owner of the vehicles name, address and subsequent finance agreement for the vehicle they then went on to purchase. A poor experience from start to finish. I was also told that I had no right to return the vehicle despite paying cash and reporting my dissatisfaction on the day it was delivered. The car has also arrived scratched.
The experience at Perrys Huddersfield MG was fantastic because from the initial contact the communication was excellent. From the first visit and meeting Becky, together with other members of Perrys staff, the whole purchasing experience was a pleasure. Very informed but also presented with ease. A hassle free process from the initial e mail to driving the car home. A special mention has to go to Becky who is a credit to Perrys,
I would recommend Perrys Huddersfield MG to friends and family because right from the start a very friendly and great set of people. Receptionist very efficient and directed me around where met sales reps who were not pushy but gave good informative information about the cars. Following a long trawl through other sites and dealerships returned to Perrys Huddersfield and met Neil who was extremly helpfull and took me for a test drive. I think i had already made up my mind to take the car but Neil helped confirm that and same day left a deposit on the vehicle. All around very impressive.
I was pleased with Perrys Huddersfield MG and would recommend them because they offered good value for money. The sales guy "Rodney" was absoloutely superb. He is exactly what I like in a saleman. He kept in contact in the lead up to the sale. He was courteous and was not pushy and he had a very good understanding of what I wanted and needed as part of the sale.
