My experience at Perrys Dover Ford Commercials could have been better because there was a total lack of communication, not returning calls, no follow up call since taking delivery of the van. The cab interior had had a quick wipe round it was meant to have a full valet. The whole process felt like it was carried out to a deadline, rather than a standard. Originally the sales person said Wednesday, she changed it to Thursday to ensure it would be ready. It was only ready because of many calls chasing it up the with manger.
My experience at Perrys Dover Ford Commercials could have been better because the vehicle was not cleaned as promised, scratches and chips not dealt with as discussed and there were various items that should have been picked up during the pre collection service that hadn't been done.
