I had my van from Perry's Burnley, after 150 miles I had broken gearbox and stuck clutch. Sales manager needs 5 working days to contact me back during this time. When I ask for direct telephone number, email and to book appointment with direct manager the answer back always was we will send him an email and he will phone you back.
Because I have had no reply from anyone since purchasing the vehicle. I have sent emails with one reply. Awaiting to speak to Simon Thompson who was on holiday but got told , there noone to speak to and I put you on a list to be contacted that say but no body called me. I have issues I would like to sort with the van. Poor valet seats dirty and marks all over the van no brake fluid, chipped window screen. Missing bracket on back doors. No body has bothered contacting me . Great service, I wouldn't buy again if this is how you treat your customers. Regards Simon pepper
