Perrys Burnley Kia were great because I delt with a salesman called Keiron he was very helpful and friendly no pressure at all . He let me drive further than normal on the test run as I was looking at an automatic which I had never driven before. I was pleased with the amount I was offered for my car and he even offered to arrange the paperwork to swop my private number plate over
I would not recommend Perrys Burnley Kia because : I have not dealt with Perry's before, my husband has. The sales delivery was good, the salesman was courteous, polite and explained the procedure very well, up until collection of the vehicle all went relatively well. The valeting of the vehicle was very poor, which had to be returned and complained about, also the management light pinpointed a problem, which was sorted promptly. On collection of the vehicle a second time, the valeting still had not been done, (although they said it had been done) waiting around time was absolutely ridiculous, in all 3 attempts to valeting the car until I was satisfied. Very disappointed with the car sale experience, it definitely took the shine off the overall experience of buying a car.
I'd recommend Perrys Burnley Kia to a friend because from start to finish of choosing the car and putting a deposit down until I could pay for the car they were amazing Heather and Kerion were really understanding and that made it easier knowing the car I choose would be safe for me to collect when I was able.
I would not recommend Perrys Burnley Kia because , when we went to pick up our new car, it had not been prepared, inside not clean ,outside, marks on paintwork. The paint coating protection we had paid for had not been done. The interior stain protection also not done. We refused to take the car until the work was complete. Alex sales manager, proposed they would deliver the car the day after when the work was completed. He also made sure we got a tank of fuel on delivery for our troubles. Was quite stressful for us at the time. On a plus side we really like the sportage. Just not a nice experience.
