Perrys Aylesbury Commercial Centre staff I would recommend Perrys but I wasn’t as satisfied with the overall experience as with the other two vans I purchased from Perrys of Aylesbury. Whilst the van had been valeted, at only 12 months old with 5000 miles on the clock I did expect it to be almost as new, especially as I asked that question and was assured it was , on that assurance I paid in full before seeing the van as I live 175 miles away. The van looked good at first glance, then I found a small dent near the passenger door and several scratches on the inside of the van, also no ply lining to the floor as I had asked and was agreed in the price after I had complained twice the dent was taken care of, the inside of the van where necessary was re painted then after a two hour wait it looked as expected and very good, unfortunately the floor of van hadn’t been plyed and I couldn’t wait any longer so they gave me a couple of sheets of ply and when home I did it myself. I had asked that the registration of the van be done on line , if that’s done I would get the V5 in just 5 days then I could put my private plate on the van which I had ready on retention, after a week I contacted the salesman who assured me it had been registered online, after 3 weeks I rang the DVLA who told me it definitely hadn’t been registered on line and there was no record of receiving it by post, I then rang and spoke to a lady in Admin who was rather arrogant and said she posted it, when I asked her to register it online she just said it will take up to 6 weeks and she also said she would have to speak to the salesman, I then rang dvla, they confirmed it could be applied for on line and I would get the V5 within 5 days, I rang back and fortunately spoke to Sharon who vas very polite, she spoke to Jack and he registered it online and sent me a copy. Three days later I got the V5 in the post, it took me 5 minutes to register the number plate to the van and tell my insurance, via on line. Please inform your admin it takes less than 5 days to get the V5 to your customer if registered on line, Not six weeks. Apart from that I’m very happy with the van but I did get the impression from the manager, it’s only a van and I should expect a few scratches and the odd dent, well to me that was bad presentation of the vehicle, all of that work should have been done, especially when you are asking £2000 more than average selling price, only available because it wasn’t plus Vat but in reality they added £2000 over normal profit.
The experience at Perrys Aylesbury Commercial Centre was fantastic because Humzah and Martin are extremely professional at their jobs . Answering any and ALL the questions I asked . No beating around the bush . Fantastic experience. I would definitely use them again.
My experience at Perrys Aylesbury Commercial Centre was cracking because everything was sorted out very fast and very efficient. The sales staff were brilliant and can’t fault them at all. Humza was fantastic he did everything he said and really went above and beyond to get this vehicle sorted for me. I would like to say thank u because he was extremely helpful and very good to deal with. Also I would like to be contacted about something please as I believe it may belong to Perrys and hopefully someone can give me an explanation thank u.

I would not hesitate to recommend them because they were always keen to help and the help was invaluable.
