I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Part X Motors! Buying my new car was simple and stress-free. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and confident with my purchase. They were honest, helpful, and always available to answer any questions I had. A lovely family run business, I highly recommend Part X Motors to anyone in the market for a car! So happy to finally have a car with central locking 😂

Fantastic service - couldn’t have asked for better! had 2 recent bad 2nd hand car buying experiences from other dealerships so thanks guys you’ve restored my faith! Highly recommended - friendly knowledgeable not pushy - & a 6 month warranty whereas most other places only offer 3 months - it’s also good to give business to a family run company - thanks guys

Great service from this family run business. They were not pushy at all. Asked which cars we were interested in then provided us with the keys and then left us alone to look at them. Everything was very smooth from start to finish. Will use them again.

Bought a car (Ford focus 2005) off the owners son as a tradesman and seller posing as a private seller on the forecourt. I met him on the dealership grounds and viewed the car on dealership grounds. The test drive was done on trade plates and handover was done in the building, bank transfer. Funnily though no receipt was given, which I didn’t really think too much about at the time, we he seemed at first to be a genuine guy. Lo and behold the power steering pump has completely failed 4 days later, not even 100 miles into driving. Putting me in a very dangerous situation. I have been in contact with Part X Motors and the owners son and 0 liability has been taken for this. No human decency or responsibility either. Not even an offer to assist for a repair. This kind of failure does not happen out of nowhere, so this must’ve been a fault they were aware of, and at the very least one they must take responsibility for. I Will be taking the legal route now against this very shady company as it is clear that something was being hidden upon vehicle sell and I have ample evidence to pursue.
