I bought a car from this dealership and within days it developed serious issues, including gearbox problem and electrical problem . This is not what you expect when buying a vehicle I contacted them multiple times to resolve the issue, but they have been unresponsive and unwilling to take responsibility. Instead of helping, they have made the situation frustrating and stressful. Buyers beware. Never buy any car from this dealership, as my experience has been very disappointing.
Very poor experience. The car my partner purchased developed faults soon after buying it, and the dealer has not been willing to take responsibility or properly address the issue. We have made several attempts to resolve this directly but have been ignored. This is not how customers should be treated, especially when selling vehicles that are not fit for purpose. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. My experience with them has been nothing but frustrating from start to finish. The car I was sold had multiple issues almost immediately,and they chose to ignore the problems. When I tried to get help, they were unresponsive. Every time I raised a concern, it felt like I was being brushed off instead of taken seriously. Instead of fixing the situation, they made the whole process stressful and exhausting. Buying a car should be an exciting experience, but dealing with this dealership turned it into a nightmare. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere that actually values its customers.
