I shared interest in a vehicle they had for sale, i then recieved a call and we ended up settling the deal within 2 days! I drove away from the dealership after being looked after very well from when I arrived. The vehicle in question didnt have a engine cover when i purchased it however they quickly solved that for me and sent one to my address. Muhammed was the one who dealt with me and his manner and professionalism was fantastic. Great service. Great staff and all round Fantastic Experience. Thank you!

Mohammed was great and really helpful, we called him up the day before about a Mercedes and he arranged to see us the next day! The car is great too and exactly as described online. I would definitely recommend this dealership xx

Brought a car remotely. Car was delivered. Found the touchscreen wasn’t working at all. Soon after the car was frozen up and found no heat whatsoever coming out of the fans. Contacted salesman (Ash), who arranged for car to be collected and taken to get fixed. Bit of a wait due to courtesy car availability. Car returned fixed and as it should have been sold. We did buy remotely, but feel that if we had seen the car in person we wouldn’t have tested the heating nor touchscreen. Whole experience has been painful but thanks to Ash it’s all sorted now.

I bought a Suzuki Swace from Parkland Motors. Went to view the car in December 2025 between Christmas and New Year, collecting in January 2026. My salesman was FI and he was my point of contact throughout my Parkland Motors experience. Both me and my partner were allowed to test drive the car, which I really appreciated. We felt that the car was competitively priced, but there were 2 issues we had with the car. 1) as the car had had hand controls fitted in its old life, the steering wheel did not have full adjustment. 2) the paintwork on the driver's door sill was down to the metal. We raised these issues with FI, who said Parkland Motors would remedy the issues. We were happy with this, so we paid a deposit and left. It took a little over 2 weeks for Parkland Motors to complete the jobs. Given that this was around Christmas and New Year, and a brief spell of snowy weather delaying part deliveries, we are satisfied with the length of time it took. Furthermore, FI kept us regularly updated on the progress. He would always text or call on the day he said he would (i.e. if he had said he'd call on Friday, he would call us on that Friday). We found Parkland Motors and FI very helpful, professional and friendly. We would happily purchase again from Parkland Motors and would recommend to family/ friends. We really like the car itself too. The car is smooth, reliable, solid, spacious and has loads of equipment. It is very comfortable and easy to drive.

Just wanted to share my experience because I was honestly dreading the whole car buying process, but Parkland Motors changed my mind completely. Worked with a guy named Fedz who was absolutely brilliant. The moment we arrived, he showed us where everything and, he actually left us alone to browse. No hovering, no constant "what do you think?" every five seconds, like you get at other dealerships. Just gave us space to breathe and figure out what we liked. I had my current car to trade in, and I'll be honest, I thought it was a bit of a mess. But they gave me a really fair price for it. I'd checked online valuations beforehand, so I knew they weren't lowballing me. That alone earned my trust. Ended up going with a Golf, and Fedz took his time showing me all the features without making me feel stupid for asking basic questions. No rushing, no "we need to close this deal today" nonsense. It felt respectful. About a week later, I noticed a weird rattling noise from the boot. Rang them up feeling a bit awkward about it, and they told me to bring it straight in, no appointment needed. Turned out a panel wasn't secured properly from when they'd valeted it. Fixed it on the spot while I waited. Didn't have to fight them or prove anything. They just sorted it with an apology. That's the kind of service that makes you want to tell people about a place. Genuinely impressed and would send anyone their way.

Would not recommend to my worst enemy. Bought a car from them within a couple of weeks we found some little faults to which they didn’t want to resolve. Even though they stated they would resolve one of the issues it’s now been 3-4 months and we’re still waiting for them to reply. Not only that but the attitude they showed to my other half was bang out of order. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!! And if you do be cautious

Keen to purchase but had no response to messages. Asked if they could do free delivery and how soon. (Only \xa3208) Based on the fact two tyres need replacing and it's a short MOT. Given it's an AA garage from what I've seen they normally have any advisories dealt with and at least 10 months MOT. Doesn't matter anyway as they haven't replied..

I bought an Audi A5 In December 2025 .After some negotiations we struck a deal. Although Fedz was more concerned with profit of safety. I collected the vehicle 03rd January 2026. On inspection on Monday 5th I found several faults with the vehicle and then on my way home on the M1 the engine under tray dropped down and was dragging along the road. I contacted Fedz who just sent me a link to after sales and told me to contact them through email which I did and currently still had no reply. Therefore if you’re looking to spend money on a new car on my experience with this company I can’t recommend them. Please spend time and find a better car dealer who will actually look after you.
