Bought a peugeot partner petrol because I didn't want the problems associated with diesels. I am a private buyer, and will only need the van for mostly local trips which is ideal. Although the van was serviced before delivery, there was broken parts on the van, drivers wing mirror, 1 cracked daytime running light, and a damaged aerial mast. Further, the front shock mounts were shot, and needed replacing, the battery was knackered, and the drive shaft seal was leaking. The van centre covered these repairs, apart from the mirror, and hats off to them they couldn't have been more helpful. The van had a faulty thermostat when they sold it to me, and I have recently had to get this replaced at a cost of over \xa3200, it has also had 1 of the 2 co2 censors replaced, although this is general wear and tear. After about a year of ownership, the van has been great otherwise. If you are buying a vehicle from the van centre, I would strongly recommend you go and view it in person, and pay for an independent inspection, AA etc. I would buy from them in future, but I would be more cautious
If I could leave zero stars i would, I think that I dodged a bullet here....I made enquiries about a toyota van..I made an offer to pay in 2 installments ,,they would only have had to wait 3 or 4 weeks for the balance to be paid in full...obviously they would have held onto the van.. said they would have to ask their boss!! 2 days later ,I called them up to see what the verdict was.......only to be told that the van had been sold.....ok.so I left it at that......but the van was still for sale more than a week later.....certainly won't be using these guys again
Purchased a Vivario van from the Oxford Van Centre and great service from start to finish, even had a slight problem after a few days and everything was resolved quickly, Thank you to Kerry who made the whole process so seamless. I would definitely recommend and will definitely buy my next van from here!!
What a great dealership. I bought a little Bipper van which seemed ok on the surface but had an oil problem with too much being used. I took it back still under warranty and it turned out to be a big problem with the engine. The owners of this garage didn\u2019t leave me high and dry with the problem and very generously gave me a full refund on the van which I put towards something else they had. I feel they went above and beyond and I\u2019m very grateful to them for sorting this for me. Real Good Guys
Had a bad experience with a previous 2nd hand (14 year old) van (not from these guys) so was suoer anxious about buying this one so got an AA report done which turned out to be poorly written. But cutting a long story short. The team went above and beyond to reassure me the report was a waste of money. I have now bought a 12 yr old van from them which is running fine and I'm happy with so far. Thank you for your support. Darren
