I'd recommend Northumbria Vehicle Co Ltd to a friend for a number of reasons, it’s an independent local trader, at no pint did I feel pressured into a hard sale, on finance they were open and honest & we felt comfortable dealing with them. Ron who guided us through the deal provided an excellent handover process, explained every feature of the car & assisted with the Mini app configuration on our phones, brilliant service & I would have no hesitation in returning in the future to purchase a vehicle.
I experienced a very easy and straight forward sale. There was no hard sell or pressurised sales pitch to purchase the vehicle, which was very refreshing. Rod (the owner) had excellent knowledge of the vehicle, he assisted in the setting up of my vehicle user profile and provided an in depth demonstration of the vehicle functions .... a first class service!!!
