Good service in buying the van in May 2025. However in November 2025, 6 months later, major issues with emissions. We queried that this would be covered by the extended warranty which we paid extra for. It wasnt. I would advise anyone considering this to read the small print as its not worth the paper its printed on. We took the van back and a part was replaced in goodwill but as soon as we got home the alarms came back on. We emailed the MD to query, no help offered as a goodwill gesture had already been done. We have had the van fixed at a high cost to us. Now the van is totally off the road and immobile. Eventually in total this van will cost us around a third of what we paid for it to get it roadworthy. Would not buy from here again and would definitely not recommend. North Star informed and advised to email MD.
I have promised you an honest review after 3 months post purchase. Here it is. Absolutely nothing wrong with the car. (Black Galaxy mark 3 FM18xxx) I havent checked nor seen the car before the purchase, but had a very thorough inspection immediately after going back home with all fluids and filters replaced. eDiag and Forscan found nothing wrong. Good bits: - Great communication - no surprises - You have arranged a REALLY great finance deal (9.9% APR) without any extra fees that carfinance24/7 wanted to charge quite fradulently - Genuinely plesant transaction. - Long warranty at good price Bad bits: - Very limited car history and paperwork, eg. missing emission page from the last MOT, which is given as a standard in Hampshire and very helpful to see the emission patterns. - You need better valeters (or maybe pay them more!) My gosh, what I have found under the seats: 1kg of hair, sand and God knows what other substances. Detailing took me two days! I would not hesitate to buy another car from this seller.
Went and viewed the car, test drove (over an hour away for me) and started to make a deal. Offered way below value of my car, promised they would hold the car while my car was being sold for the value it\u2019s worth. Reserved the car online, to then wait for the promised call to take the deposit. Then to find out the car has been sold and cancelled my reservation. They knew my situation of being heavily pregnant and sorting out my car ready to become a bigger family, but no communication to take the deposit on the day as promised. To say I was really upset was an understatement, wouldn\u2019t touch this company with a barge pole after this experience.
