I would like to share my positive experience following my recent purchase of a new car from Norman Motors. From start to finish, the service I received was excellent. Neil, the sales representative who assisted me, was exceptionally polite, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all of my questions clearly and made the experience smooth and enjoyable. I truly appreciate the high level of customer care and would not hesitate to recommend Norman Motors to others. Thank you again for such a pleasant experience.
Excellent service from Stuart, as I was based in Leicester, it would have been a long drive to Bournemouth (so purchased the vehicle online), and had it delivered. Took it out on road test with delivery driver, everything was fine with vehicle, fab service from Norman Motors, would definitely use again and recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car, very helpful and trustworthy 👍😊

First thing I would like to say is a very big thank you to Jonathan for making the whole experience fantastic from start to finish I couldn't have asked for better. I visited the showroom in poole as I was in the market for a used car that was in good condition and had been looked after with service history. I am pleased as to be writing this review that I found such a thing. They have a wonderful selection of cars that all look wonderful and clean, unfortunately for me a lot of them were out of my price range but fair prices for what they are. The showroom is gorgeous very clean and kept well. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a used car to look at Norman motors as the service and work is incredible, I will certainly be looking at purchasing another car from them in the future if I am able to afford it.
We received absolutely fantastic customer service when we recently brought our Mercedes from Stuart at Norman Motors. He was friendly, knowledgeable and very professional and we would not hesitate to recommend him and Norman Motors. He kept us aware of the progress of the Mercedes at all times. Great experience buying my car with Norman Motors, Louis was always helpful, with me coming all the way from Essex it was an was an easy transition making sure everything was ready for me to collect it and drive away happy! I love the car couldn't be more pleased thank you Louis
The guys at Norman Motors are really friendly and easy to deal with. There's no pressured selling and they are happy to allow you time to view and test the cars at your own pace, while still being available should you have any questions. I personally had a very good experience and would be happy to recommend them. The car I purchased was well priced and exactly as described. Even though neither were due a fresh MOT and service were done before I collected the car, at no charge. I had no need to haggle over the part exchange value of my old car as they were happy to pay what I wanted (be realistic in your expectations) and so far the new car has fully lived up to expectations.
