We brought our 2018 Ford Focus ST from Natalie and Mike at MSC autos and what an absolutely brilliant experience it was. The car was well presented, well priced and the sale was very smooth. Excellent customer service (Nothing was too much trouble for them) and were very approachable and knowledgeable. regarding the car. I would wholeheartedly recommend MSC autos and hope that they continue to trade for many years to come. 09/03/2026..edit.. it has been nearly 2yrs since I brought my car from Mike and the team at MSC Motors..my MOT is due and I had an issue with the TPMS sensors. I'd posted on a Facebook group and Mike reached out. Within 2hrs my issue had been fixed. He managed to get them sourced and fitted within 2hrs of reaching out!! Now that is what I call Excellent customer service. Bear in mind this is 2yrs after I'd bought the car. I know where I will be going when im next looking for a new car. I really cannot convey how good they are.
