Went down today looking for a first car for my daughter. They had a couple we wanted to look at. Opening hours say they close at 5 o clock. We for there at half 4 to find the place closed. Called the phone number a few times and no answer. Wasted trip.

Was on a trip from Luton and my focus went on me and had to scrap it and needed a new car quick as I’m from Luton and needed a car to get home so Got a KA from motor wise . Lovely little car . So cheap to run was happy with it . But as an old car just like any car new or old a major problem occur . And was so nervous to ring motor wise and sort the problem out because from experience car company’s can be awful to deal with . But this was not the case here . They was so helpful and sorted the issue out quick and I was super happy with the service they gave me and my wife Clare cullinan . We are from Luton and if we live near Skegness we would definitely use them again . Cannot thank them enough. Even come to Luton and collected it . Thanks motorwise

Had brilliant service from this company all staff are very professional and swift in dealing with our car when a problem occurred would definitely recommend this company as the car had to be returned they picked it up from luton with no problems dealt with Simon who kept me updated the whole time keep up the good work

The car was mostly fine. The service was appalling! They don’t respond to phone calls, never phone back when promised & took 6 months & many in-person visits to them to resolve a serious legal issue that was their responsibility. Their off-hand attitude & total disinterest in solving the problem was disgusting!

I purchased a car on the 6th September and I love it. All staff are great, talkative and friendly. I was told to ring back anytime if I had any issues. I had to get my screenwash spray jets replaced on the car as they wasn't working and these guys ordered the new parts in and replaced them on another day within 20 minutes whilst I was was in the waiting room talking to a member of staff. I also got 6 months warranty for peace of mind with my car.Would highly consider for a great car buying experience.

Absolutely seamless experience with these guys, online purchase so never actually seen the car personally, but was more than happy with the dialogue, when I actually saw the car in person it was exactly how it was portrayed! These guys went above and beyond to get it to me 6 days before delivery date highly recommend this outfit I will certainly use them again for my next car.... Thankyou Motor Wise

DON’T USE! UNTRUSTWORTHY WITH NO INTEGRITY! If I could put zero stars it would be zero. Once you get the car they stop all contact. My mam had so many faults with the car she bought off them. She rang, left messages and sent emails for weeks with no response. I don’t know why they have a phone as they never answer it. I started leaving messages on their Facebook page (to which I’m now blocked) and found out unfortunately that we are one of many, others have had the same issue and are having to seek legal advise due to their lack of communication or desire to help. My mam eventually filed a complaint in to the warranty company and Motorwise completely fabricated some narrative to the warranty company that my mams car had been in and had all repairs completed, which is a complete lie because they haven’t even had the decency to return a call, never mind asked her to bring the car in for a look. Thankfully the warranty company are letting my mam take the car elsewhere to get it repaired and the bill will be sent to Motorwise. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

I have just purchased my car from the lovely chaps at motorwise and have to say what a lovely bunch! From start to finish I was matched up with the right car for me ( I went in open minded) nothing was too much trouble! Thrilled to bits with my car and would definitely purchase from there again! I felt listened to and in safe hands! 🙌
