I recently purchased a vehicle at Motor Village Ltd and I couldn't be happier with my experience. From the moment I walked into the dealership I was greeted with friendly and knowledgeable staff who were eager to help me find the perfect car for my needs, they were very resourceful. I visited this car sale pitch today and was not very happy with the service. I went to view two Renault Clio's. When we arrived there was no where to park everything was bumper to bumper. So ended up parking outside and left a friend in the car. The cars weren't even out and ready to view they were stuck behind their other cars. Covered with leaves and bird poo on the roof. Took a while to get them out and upon inspection by ME the two cars had the each others number plates on! So if we bought these cars we could have been driving the wrong car and therefore not be insured, taxed etc. The were ready to sell the car but luckily I caught this by checking the log books and comparing to the reg plates. Very poor on their end. One of the cars had a dent on the door which the advisor called "cosmetic." The other had a visible chip on the windscreen, neither of these were mentioned in the adverts. I don't believe the true likeness of the vehicle was as described. When attempting to barter the price reflecting the damage that was not listed, the owner said "don't buy it then". The taller gentleman who was there has great interpersonal skills and he is a credit to your team.

Recently purchased a Ford Focus from Motor Village, the vehicle is in immaculate condition, drives like a dream for its age and it came with a 6 month warranty and 12 months free RAC breakdown cover. Motor Village was recommended to me by family, this is the fourth vehicle we have purchased as a family from this dealer and we have had no issues. I highly recommended!

Brought a car from here in December 2022, had excellent service from the team, the car was ready to collect when I arrived so it was a simple process and quick. They went through the car with me and made sure I understood how everything worked. Will definitely be using again.

Do not trust the MOT on cars from this seller!!! Bought a car from this company one year ago which had just passed its MOT with no advisories before I bought it. There were a few issues after I bought the car which weren’t stated in the listing and when I called the seller he became very rude and didn’t want anything to do with me as soon as he had my money. The car has now gone for MOT and has failed on 8 different points and 9 advisories and I am having to pay \xa31.5k to get it back on the road. I have been told by the mechanics there is no way this car would have passed MOT with no advisories this time last year. They are clearly using a dodgy garage to do their MOTs which I can see has been mentioned quite a lot in other reviews this year. Please save yourself the hassle and cost and buy elsewhere
