Car purchased that broke down three days later. Offered a discount on a replacement vehicle which was not honored at the point of sale Nick Mattocks overheard making personal comments about me when the agreed discount was challenged. Second vehicle needed towing in after 4 days due to excessive exhaust fumes. Nick Mattocks was rude and aggressive when I requested a courtesy car. Complaints ignored despite having a complaints policy! Several visits over a few weeks due to car issues and overheard so many customers complaining including someone who’s electric car was serviced and was left with only 5 miles charge.. he was advised to drive to the garage down the road to charge his car. Rude, aggressive staff with poor customer care and policy’s not followed. Vile.
I recently had my car serviced as they promised me when I bought it they fixed the breaks topped up oil and did a great job refurbishing my wheels, the lady at the desk Ericka & Malissa was really helpful and happy to assist me anytime I needed an update. I couldn’t recommend them enough
Communication was great, until I spent £13500 then shocker, terrible. Promises made at point of sale that were never kept, paperwork missing that has never been supplied, issues with the purchased vehicle that have never been fixed and they never even bothered to register the car i traded in which has resulted in me being fined by the DVLA. Arnold Clark provide a great service i believe. Will be using them from now on and I really suggest anyone reading this does too. Haven't even bothered to acknowledge my complaint to them despite multiple phone calls and emails.
