I had a great experience buying my car from Motor Gurus. They were professional, honest, and easy to work with throughout the whole process. After having bad experiences buying cars in the past Simon put me at ease. Everything was explained clearly, there was no pressure, and they made sure I was comfortable with my purchase. Simon went above and beyond to make sure i was 1000% happy with everything. I really appreciate the help and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car.

29/01/26 and back down to 1 star again. Tried to part ex the car in only to find there is a HPI marker against it for outstanding credit. Called the garage but Joel was tied up and after 30 minutes or so spoke to the finance company directly and sorted it out luckily. I have to say I will not be using Motor Gurus again and would advise you not to. Also be aware that I contacted The Motor Ombudsman and they confirmed that Motor Gurus are not currently accredited to their service. I have removed my previous review as Joel has managed to have the multiple faults with my car fixed, although it did take some time partly because of part delays and public holidays. The recent customer care has been far better than the inital after sales care.

Never buy car from this scammers ⚠️⚠️⚠️ After a week I start to have big problem with my car! I ben told by Matt ( guy who sold me the car)to go and get diagnose and keep all the recipes and they will refund me all the money that I spend on the car,…. that never happened! ⚠️Now they tell me, we are not obligated by low to give any money that you spend on the car! I been told only one private owner owns the car before. Yes that’s truth but I find out that car had been to driving school companies ⚠️⚠️ I rang the MOT garage where is showing on paper to discuss with the guy about the car….( how is possible to pass mot with 2x nail in a tire and 2x suspension arms broke) the guy said … I don’t remember that car to be here and is not appear in my previous appointment either… so obviously they do dodge MOT guys BECARFUL with this scammers ! ❌❌ They are full of lies don’t trust them ! Please don’t buy from this garage , walk away
