I recently purchased an Audi Q3 from Cardiff Audi, and the experience was very positive. Simon Haycock took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood all the details. The team were friendly and professional, which made the process much easier. The car drives beautifully, and I’m really pleased with it.
I was a bit unsure about the process at first, but Gareth Willington made it straightforward. The handover was handled really well, with everything clearly explained and no confusion about what to do next. I appreciated how they took the time to ensure I felt happy before wrapping things up. It all felt smooth and organised, which put me at ease.
The transaction was handled remotely over the phone. Communication was clear and professional, and I was kept informed throughout. They followed up when necessary, which made the process smooth. While I appreciated their approach, I was disappointed not to receive the free services I’ve had in previous purchases from other Audi centres. This has usually allowed me to budget for the future running costs of this new car. But I guess they had their own reasons for not giving the services to me.
The Mon Motors Seat/Skoda garage in Bristol. Terrible service. Would highly suggest going to a garage where your time and effort will not be wasted. I have had 5 cars from Seat/Cupra and I wouldn’t dare give them another penny of my money. Their service procedure is awful and most of the time they just lie about what work that have done on your car. I had several trips back and forth with an issue that needed urgent attention and every time I was lied to and my time was wasted. One of the trips, I was given a loan car at the start of the day and I said, if it’s going to take a while, I will just go home and come back another time. Nick advised it wouldn’t take long. 3 hours passed, no news so called and was told my car would be looked at soon. Another 3 hours pass and I drove back to the garage from town and my car had not moved. I was then sent home to collect the car another day. Seriously consider spending your hard earned money with this garage as their after car is shocking.
