I ended up purchasing a Volvo XC40 and couldn't be happier with both the car and how smoothly everything went. They even had free coffee, which was a nice touch while sorting out the details! Mon Motors Volkswagen Bristol is an excellent dealership with a truly welcoming atmosphere. I recently purchased a Volkswagen T-Roc, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Dave, the Business Manager, was incredibly helpful and made sure all the finance options were clearly explained. The Sales Executives were also fantastic, taking their time to go through every detail and answer all my questions patiently. Their professional approach and friendly manner really stood out. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Highly recommend them if you’re looking for a new car.
Really positive experience, viewed the car a week ago and walked away with it a week later. Jordan Price was absolutely fantastic throughout, talked me through it all and even when I was asking so many questions, he would always get back to me within a few hours! He was a big reason why we decided to go through with the Q3! Couldn’t recommend enough.
