I was a bit unsure about upgrading early, but Bethan , Gabe & the team listened to what I wanted and provided honest advice without any pressure. I’m pleased we’ve ordered a new XC40 Plus Hybrid Petrol (2027 ) in Denim Blue. Treated like VIP family . Well done MonMotors Volvo Cardiff .
So I wrote a fair review of Mon Motors 6 days ago but they got it removed as I mentioned the site Managers name which is ridiculous as it’s on their website as common knowledge so feel free to obtain their details from their website Avoid this dealership if you can. The level of customer service is shocking, we were shouted at and treated dis-respectively. No one has a clue what other people promise Promised call backs and no one calls The main Manager does not deal with urgent issues The company as a whole should be avoided if Weston is anything to go by Bye bye Mon Motors we will never be using you again And before you ask me for more information I have already raised a formal complaint on 6/6/26 to your compliance email address which hasn’t even been acknowledged, this is laughable as this goes against your own complaints procedure !!!
I visited Bath Audi recently and worked with Nigel. He was very helpful throughout and gave me plenty of space to make my own decision without feeling rushed or pressured. The process felt smooth, and there weren’t any unnecessary complications. Nigel answered my questions clearly and made sure I had all the information I needed before choosing the car. It was straightforward, which I really appreciated.
To Mon Motors, Merthyr Tudful I am writing to express my appreciation for the excellent service I recently received when purchasing my Volkswagen T-cross from your dealership at Merthyr Tudful. From my very first visit to the showroom, through to the delivery of the vehicle to my home, I dealt exclusively with one member of your team - your Sales Executive, Flynne Thompson. I feel it is important to write and acknowledge the manner in which he conducted himself throughout the entire process. Buying a car can often feel overwhelming, but this was quite the opposite. From the outset, he was courteous, knowledgeable and, importantly, never pushy. While he was understandably firm in working within the company's guidelines, he was also willing to discuss options openly and constructively. I took quite some time to make my decision, perhaps, close to ten days (I’m not quite certain how long). During this time I kept asking numerous questions and may have appeared dithering at times. However, at no point did I feel rushed. He remained patient, and always available whenever I needed clarification. Looking back, we reached an agreement remarkably smoothly and amicably, due in no small part to his pleasant manner. He handled all of the paperwork, explaining everything clearly and ensuring the process was straightforward from start to finish. I was particularly impressed that, even after the sale had been completed, he offered further assistance regarding the transfer of my registration number with the DVLA. This willingness to continue helping beyond the transaction speaks volumes about his commitment to customer service. The experience concluded with him personally delivering the vehicle to my home, which was a fitting end to what had been a positive purchasing experience. In an age when excellent customer service is often talked about but not always delivered, I felt it important to recognise a member of staff who exemplifies it. He is a credit to your dealership, and I hope this letter is placed on his personnel record and shared with both him and his management team. Please accept my thanks for a professional experience. Terence (Terry) Williams.
Really pleased with the experience of purchasing an Audi A1. Jamie and Josh were quick to respond and kept us updated throughout, making sure we felt looked after. On the day, Kit was also helpful in getting everything sorted smoothly. They provided good guidance and support for our daughter’s first car.
I was a bit unsure going in, but Diaa at Audi bath really put me at ease. He explained everything clearly and gave honest advice without any pressure, which I appreciated. The whole process felt straightforward and easy to follow. It was nice to deal with someone who seemed trustworthy and focused on helping rather than pushing for a sale. I left feeling comfortable with the decisions I’d made and confident in how it had all been handled.
Ordered a part for my Q8 from the Cardiff branch, when I rang to see if the part was in I was told it was and that when I picked it up someone would be available to look if they could fit it for me as a pretty easy part to fit. When I arrived to pick the part up I was told by the parts person that they could not fit the part, or even pop out to my car and look at it and that it would be a service appointment that would be charged. The guy from parts, who told me he was the parts manager was pretty rude and arrogant, no customer service training at all it seemed. I will not be taking my Q8 to the Cardiff branch, nor will I order anything from them again. Really poor service levels.
