I cannot rate this company high enough. We have brought 4-5 vehicles of them previously and are awaiting to collect our next one. All the team are extremely helpful & have always gone above and beyond to help us with our next vehicle goals. Our current purchase has actually been sourced for us to our own personal specification. Micheal & his team are always supporting us not only in the sale/purchase of our vehicles, value prices of our part exchanges but also in their brilliant after sales service. We as a company are loathed to go elsewhere. Brilliant at every step of the way.

This is a 5* A+ TOP company to deal with,,, I am not normally one for writing reviews, but when you get a consistently excellent service from a company like Carbrooke Cars and Commercials you don't mind talking the time to leave one, having purchased 6 or 7 vehicles from Paul and Mike over the last 24 months, all of which have not skipped a beat since the day we purchased them, Carbrooke cars and commercials have become a vital part of our business for supplying us with a good quality, reliable vehicle and we will be back again soon for more. I highly recommend these guys who were brilliant from start to finish, i traded in my old van and come out with a stunning transit custom which had been well looked after by the team at Carbrooke cars. Every piece of information I needed they responded in no time to get things sorted! I will definitely be going back when I need a new van!

I don’t normally leave negative reviews without careful consideration however I don’t think it’s good business when promised a callback three times in one day and then never receive it… That’s \xa319,000.00 I’ll spend elsewhere.. To add, this company told me multiple lies regarding the information over a vehicle, they said I would receive a call back by 5pm when in fact both of them had appointments beyond 5pm. Furthermore, the vehicle I was looking at had done 88,000 miles and not 80,000 which is what they claimed. They are now trying to include our company which is nothing to do with this enquiry. It goes to show how this business of 14 years has tried to pulled the cotton wool over my eyes and probably many more people.

Good company to buy a car from, they have a large range to choose from all in very good condition and fairly priced. All sales include a major service, health check and a fresh MOT test along with an in house warranty so Carbrooke cars was the ideal place to purchase our daughters first car from. We had a few very minor issues nothing serious that soon got sorted via there partner Mikes garage without any fuss, they even supplied us with a curtesy vehicle. Thanks Harry, Vauxhall Adam...
