I was happy with the service at Mercedes Benz of Slough because they knowledgeable and professional. Great salesman. The only thing is the battery wouldn’t fully charge and I was told it just needed a run, but it didn’t. It was replaced on Mercedes warranty but it should have tested before I left!
I'd recommend Mercedes Benz of Slough to anyone because we had such great service and support in buying a new car, and trading in our old one. The trade in quote was very reasonable, and the process for all of the sale was very straight forward and easy. Jamiah Woodroffe was very good, clear communication and keeping in touch with me up to picking up the new car. Very happy with the service and the car!
I would not recommend Mercedes Benz of Slough because I got a faulty car with fog in headlights and it hasn’t been replaced yet. I paid for ceramic coating but it hasn’t been done properly and when I complained then they redone it. All the time I chase them to fix my car . No one take initiative to resolve the issue. Really disappointed with the services and customer care service. What’s the point to buy such a expensive car when don’t get good service
