Stratstone lakeside has no customer care when things go wrong and no person took responsibility, car went in for service 5 August 2025 and unable to be fixed for a minor issue of a parking sensor. Eventually was invited to collect car 18 Nov 2025 only for cameras not working . Finally received full refund March 2026 and no compensation for 7 months without a car, or the fact I paid for insurance & road tax. I suggest better to buy from Arthur Daly
We recently bought a Macan from the Porsche dealership in Stockport and had a great experience from start to finish, all thanks to Chris. It was our first time buying a Porsche, so we didnโt know much going in. Chris was incredibly patient and took the time to walk us through everything in detail. He let us spend hours using the car configurator and was more than happy to go back and forth with us over the following weeks as we made changes. Nothing ever felt rushed. What really stood out was how calm, polite and honest he was throughout. Heโs very softly spoken, not pushy at all, and completely transparent โ which made the whole process feel comfortable and enjoyable. At one point we did consider going with another dealership just because it was closer to home, but after speaking with Chris again, he reassured us why we chose Stockport in the first place. Weโre really glad we stuck with him. The overall service was genuinely excellent from beginning to end. No regrets at all (other than the dent in the bank balance!). If youโre thinking about buying a Porsche, Iโd highly recommend speaking to Chris. His knowledge is spot on, and with how customisable these cars are, it really helps to have someone who knows the product inside out. Post purchase there have been a few minor teething problems. No if's no buts - everything was sorted and follow ups arranged quickly so rest assured the after care is just as amazing as the sales.
The service at Strathstone is absolute perfection. I have been going for years and canโt fault the service department at all. The staff there offer a truly personal service while keeping with Mercedes standards and procedures. Keeley Daniels is worth noting as an excellent team member who makes the customer feel that nothing is any trouble to ensure the customer is happy upon leaving
