I had a problem with an A6 Avant which was less than 2 years old. I had the vehicle fixed under warranty. The vehicle arrived on the 31st of March (at Audi Amersham). Was not looked at until the 13th of April. A part was ordered, arrived the following week and could not be fitted because they did not have the right tool. A further delay. Once this was fixed, the fault was still present. Another part was ordered, arrived, and they needed another specialist tool. A further delay. I eventually got the vehicle back on the 7th of May. This is a dealership that sells hybrid and electric vehicles. I expected a dealership selling Audi EV's to be able to have the appropriate technical staff and tools to service them. Communications were very poor throughout the period.
