Very friendly and helpful staff. I received my car in a very good condition. Communication about my new car was excellent throughout. My new car was transferred from a different Arnold Clark showroom within a couple of days. All questions that I asked were dealt with very quickly and professionally. After test driving my car I was able to pay and drive away in my new car on the same day. Excellent service.
I was very satisfied with my experience at the Arnold Clark Mini Centre throughout the purchase and delivery of my new car. My sales representative was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly which made the whole process feel straightforward and stress‑free. He was friendly, approachable, and kept in regular contact from start to finish, making sure I always knew what stage things were at. All of the paperwork was handled efficiently and without any hassle which I really appreciated. Overall, the service was excellent and I felt well looked after at every step.
