I would recommend Mercedes Benz Beaconsfield to friends and family because of their incredibly friendly approach, but not pushy. They’re prompt in answering any queries, and they were willing and accommodating in sorting a few issues that I raised with the car prior to handover. Looking forward to returning for our next vehicle.
I had a good experience at Mercedes Benz Beaconsfield. But I would have liked more time on being told about the functions and how to drive the car before I took it home. There were fundamental features eg Hold, that I was not told about. Also, when we looked at the car, it was quite dirty so any blemishes on the car could not be detected. It was only after I'd bought the car and it had been cleaned, ready to take home, that I noticed blemishes on the car. This was disappointing.
