I was pleased with Mercedes Benz of Ascot and would recommend them because the sales process was handled professionally and personally. I had a few issues with the car and the problems were acknowledged, diagnosed and resolved as quickly as possible with the goal to ultimately ensure I was happy with my purchase.
The experience at Mercedes Benz of Ascot was good because Dan and his Manager were super helpful, although it took a few hours to sort the financial agreement on the Friday we came to pick up the car, but we got there in the end. very helpful staff, we even got a nice late lunch on Mercedes Thank you :). Although i'm a bit disappointed that my new GLA does not have DAB radio and an updated SATNAV, however the car is a lovely drive and i'm very happy with my Purchase. THANK YOU again.
