Extremely disappointed with Hyundai Inverness. I was charged for service work that was never actually completed. To make matters worse, they are completely ignoring my requests for a detailed breakdown of the work performed. Zero communication and zero stars if I could. Avoid this place. I have already attempted to contact the Customer Service team multiple times via email. I have received zero response. If you are genuinely disappointed by my experience.
Jon Wellman has made our year! The amount of time and effort he put in to finding the right car for myself and my daughter was genuinely incredible. Not only did he secure us a great car, he was friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. He kept me informed at all times throughout the process, demonstrated the highest standards of customer service and truly went above and beyond.
