Amazing experience with this garage. Zubair was so helpful, and knowledgeable. He was also very patient and helped arrange my tax and even personally took me to the post office to get it sorted due to me not being from around the area. Cannot recommend this place highly enough. Top guy, top cars and amazing experience.

Brought a used high end dream car from these guys a few months ago Iv hung back from doing a review as in so many cases aftersales and once they have the money the service disappears, and a few small problems needed addressing so I can only say , what a pleasant experience dealing with Karwan and his staff , nothing was to much of a problem , even delivering and bringing hire cars to my home while mine was being serviced and I’m 70 odd miles away , I really can’t emphasise the level of service and support these guys gave when purchasing my car , this is a totally unbiased review and any one can mail me directly and ask any questions, one again highly recommended

This is an honest review warts and all. I cannot understand the negative reviews My experience has so far been superb. Anyway on with the review I bought a 2024 epower from these guys and all seemed well until it didnt but bare with me its not that bad. Heard a clicking sound when under acceleration so took it back they put me in a curtisy car and i left mine. Today they rang me to tell me it was ready to pick up and the clicking was from a loose engine mount which has now been sorted. They also replaced the undertrays which i never asked for gave me money to buy replacement alloy which was badly kerbed and reinbursed me for the service i had done as it should have come serviced. I cant praise these guys enough especially Zubair he's been a true gent through the good and the bad. Also met the owner Karwan who was very apologetic and shook my hand. both these guys are true gents. In short if you want a car at a reasonable price these are the guys my car should be 34000 half that. Yes its accident damaged but who cares as long as its been repaired properly. You get a expensive car for half the price. Would i buy again? Yes in a heartbeat exceptional service and true gents to boot both have treat me with respect and remained proffessional throughout. AAA+ Remember these specialise in cat s and n cars so know this before purchasing. They dont hide this fact but from the reviews ive read, people dont understand what cat s and n are. In short damaged repaired cars. I have bought these for 20 years plus and never had a problem.you get a lot of car for little money. So for me the trade off is worth it.

Amazing outstanding experience and service! Zubair is a real credit to the company made me feel at ease when querying about a particular vehicle. He was professional polite adequate and transparent in explaining any issues that I raised made me feel comfortable throughout my purchase. Over the couple of weeks of communication with Zubair he made the whole process feel seemless and stress free. An absolute pleasure buying a car for here.l wasn't able to travel to see the car in person but delivery was arranged at a very good price. The car was immaculately presented even better than the pictures, serviced an mot done day before delivery. The delivery guy was very professional. Simply brilliant service

6 stars service received . Not just because of extended warranty and free delivery by the manager but for their honesty . I am confident that I can always go back to them if I have issues or need to buy another car . Keep up the good honesty work . My wife loved the car too.

Bought my merc GLE from Meadway and am really happy with the car and service. Actually the service was a1. I was seen to by Zubair who is NOT your typical sales man, he was helpful from start to finish, showed me different options and even once i had picked the car helped with sourcing and fitting the upgrades that I wanted so that when I came to collect the car it was exactly how I wanted it! Nothing was to much for him my umpteen questions and request were always answered quickly and nothing ever seemed too much. Zubair’s aim was to make sure I was happy with my car and I feel very reassured that if there’s any problems in the future he would assist in rectifying or helping to do so! Lovely car brilliant price and even better customer service! Im now waiting to hear from Zubair when they get some new electric vehicles in as this would now be my go to place to purchase a car!
