I recently bought a BMW series 1 coupe from Mark and his son, they spent the entire day trying to help me out with making the deal possible and its outstanding how supportive they both were, how both informed me about the services the car had, it was just a very pleasant experience, I am hoping to get the best out of my new machine! I recommend this sales dealer as they have genuine beautiful cared for low milage cars that deserve a caring next owner!
I sold my car via one of the well known online firms to Mark. There was a bank related issue during the transaction, which I hasten to say was nothing to do with Mark. Mark helped resolve it promptly and I have to say in my transaction, he was a rare commodity these days with honesty, integrity, politeness and helpfulness. That went a long way to soothe my anxiety. He went above and beyond what he needed to do!

I can\u2019t recommend Mark Hopkins Car Dealer highly enough. This is an outstanding family-run business where honesty and customer care truly come first. Nothing is ever too much trouble. I\u2019ve bought two cars from Mark, and I wouldn\u2019t hesitate to buy from him again. On the second car, I experienced a small issue, and Mark immediately insisted that I bring it back so he could put it right. He provided me with a courtesy car and kept it until he was 100% satisfied that everything was fixed properly. That level of service and commitment is rare to find.
