Bought a vat qualifying Toureg from Jason and team. Amazing service from the onset, I also needed the vehicle prepped and delivered straight to the shippers as I was exporting the vehicle, which they arranged for me. Excellent service all round and would definitely recommend this dealership.
Excellent Service from Scott! I spoke over the phone regarding an Alfa Romeo that was available on site and Scott informed me the vehicle was available for a test drive. I attended and drove the Alfa but it wasn\u2019t to be the one. However, having looked around the full site, I spotted another car which I asked to test drive and Scott was happy to help. Very patiently he waited in the rain cut me to make a decision and in the end I went ahead with the purchase. We struck a deal in the offices and arranged to collect the car 2 days later, following a 12 Month Mot, Service and Full Detail. No issues on collection, signed the paper work for the Warranty and Road Tax sorted. Highly recommend dealership.
Avoid buying a car from this company not worth the hassle nothing but problems with the car I purchased. The vehicle has been in the garage multiple times and still isn\u2019t working correctly. Lots of miss communication and lies constantly. Give up dealing with the garage in the end and had to get the ombudsman involved as I was getting ignored or told false information on multiple occasions by staff at LKC motors.
As a female petrolhead, I love fast cars but have had several bad experiences at dealerships where I\u2019ve been overlooked in favour of trying to sell to my husband - or worse - they point me in the direction of a \u2018sensible\u2019 MPV. Not so with Jason. He\u2019s flipping fantastic and a real gem. Totally down to earth and lovely to deal with. As someone else said, no pushy / pressure sales tactics, just a nice guy doing a great job for his clients. Saw the car Friday, everything sorted and ready for me to collect today. I even got picked up from the station by the dealership owner - how\u2019s that for 5 star service? Will return when I change my car again in a few years now I know this place exists.
I have bought car from LKC motors and I have to it\u2019s been a better experience than most other dealerships we have been to we have had Jason looking after us and going through things with us and he\u2019s spot on with what he does he\u2019s very knowledgeable polite and a good laugh I highly recommend this garage to any one instead of paying big dealer prices they have a range of vehicles available to people and once again thank you to Jason for looking after us both

We bought our Porsche Cayenne from LKC Motors \u2014 but honestly, we bought it because of Jason. No pushy sales tactics, no pressure \u2014 just a genuine, honest, laid-back guy who couldn\u2019t do enough for us. From sorting the plate transfer to keeping everything smooth and stress-free, he was fantastic throughout. When a small issue came up at collection, Jason immediately sent the car to Porsche to be sorted and even arranged a car for us to use in the meantime. He absolutely didn\u2019t have to go that extra mile, but he did \u2014 and that says everything. We\u2019re already looking for our next car, and Jason was the first person I called. That speaks for itself. I want to spend my money with someone honest and trustworthy. Unfortunately, they didn\u2019t have the right car for us this time, but I\u2019ll always go back to Jason in the future. As I\u2019ve said, we didn\u2019t just buy from LKC Motors \u2014 we bought from Jason. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a straightforward, genuine car buying experience.
