Watch the small print with everything with this company. Screen Price incorrect as they then charge an additional amount for so called safety check which is a laugh in its self as who ever does safety check must be partially sighted! Please be advise before you buy 90% of their reviews are from friends and family you be better of finding a vehicle from on the market place.
What can I say , easter monday, great frendly relaxed non pushy service , nothing was to much trouble , just good advise quick to help me with my needs, set up my loan deal at a amazing intrest rate, all on a easter monday afternoon , infact in just over a hour deal done, I returned the next day to collect my car. I wouldnt think. twice about returning to Liegh cars and would recomend them to my friends and family. Once again Thank you guys
I called spoke with Tim 2 or 3 times he came across very friendly and helpful I thought we was closing a deal when he started saying his internet wasn't working and he would call me back in 5 or 10 minutes I waited 3 day's and nothing now as a customer I was extremely disappointed with his customer care skills and wouldn't consider buying a car from them because of this treatment this is only my opinion but 1st impression count. After I left this review the owner called me up to apologise for the poor service I received he said he would sort something out if I gave them a 2nd chance so the next day he called me and told me the air conditioning unit was broken and I would have to pay more for the car than originally offered to me I had to hang up on him as I couldn't believe my ears next time your advertising a car check it out before you put it up for sale and stop trying to treat people like they are stupid. Just to add I only wanted the deal I was was told I could have now you defend your behaviour as much as you like but the truth is the truth and I certainly won't be recommending your company for anyone I would say you may have been a good company in the past but sadly I fear you have lost your way this review is 100% accurate and deserved. Don't ever contact me again or I will report you.
Really helpful dealership. I spoke with Cameron before coming in to find the perfect car. He was able to help with a few hiccups I had along the way and make the whole experience a breeze! Definitely recommend to anyone to come along. Cameron and the sales manager were brilliant and I\u2019ve left with a great car.
THIS REVIEW HAS DEFINITELY BEEN LEFT FOR THE CORRECT BUSINESS. DONT BE FOOLED BY RESPONSE CASTING DOUBT TO TRY AND MUDDY WATERS. Strongly advise to avoid. Foolishly rushed into a purchase with Leigh cars earlier this year. Car had faults that were undoubtedly there at the time of my purchase, MOT issues were hidden and not disclosed. Non existent aftercare when issues raised, communications ignored and then spoken to like dirt. Some of the men working there must have a problem with women who are not afraid to stand up for themselves! Had to have car fixed elsewhere at great personal expense. You've been warned. Go elsewhere.
My parents had an excellent experience with this service. Dan was professional and friendly, from start to finish. He recognised my parents - they purchased my dads Kia sportage from Leigh cars ltd 2 yrs ago. Now, my mum purchased her Nissan juke from them.Everything was done on time and with great attention to detail.
