I'd recommend Kirkcaldy Ford Centre because , Rhys went above and beyond to help us with our choice of cars . Helpful friendly and knowledgeable. My focus had a slight problem and Rhys organised to get sorted immediately. Will certainly come back when im ready to change the car .
A very nice experience, I had the pleasure of meeting an excellent man who knew his job, Ayr was very helpful, he handled everything very efficiently, nice, and knowledgeable about what he was doing. I was so pleased that a month later my husband also decided to work with him and take another car, thank you very much.
We bought our Ford C Max here a year ago and were very happy with it, and took it back last month for a service (expensive, but we thought it's worth getting it done right). The navigation screen now keeps turning itself on and running the battery down so the car won't start (we've now discovered it's a fairly common problem). Given it hasn't been long since we bought the car or had the service, we reached out for help. We've been told we can get seen in a month for \xa3140 an hour. Really disappointed
Would throughly recommend Kirkcaldy Ford Centre. We dealt with Rhys & the service he provided was second to none. He listened to what we were looking for, made suggestions based on what we were thinking & explained every option available. At no point, did we feel pressured into buying the car which was good. He kept us fully updated throughout the journey & made the whole process very straightforward. This was our first time using Kirkcaldy Ford Centre & it certainly won\u2019t be our last.
We came to the Kirkcaldy Ford Centre with an idea for looking at a Ford Ecosport. While there we met Rhys, who was very helpful and knowledgeable. He showed us Ecosports and when he noted the one we were looking at online was based in Dundee instead, he organised to bring it down for us to look at the following weekend. Despite it being his day off, Rhys went the extra mile and organised a test drive to match the day we could visit to look at the car further. He then helped to process the sale smoothly, allowing us to easily deal with what could have been a very stressful process. I highly recommend the Kirkcaldy Ford Centre to anyone looking at potential future car purchases.
