Been driving my lovely new Geely Starray Ultra for just over a week now. Four weeks ago I had never heard of Geely. The friendly support and spot on service offered by Ryan and his colleague Kevin made the whole process a real pleasure. Do pop in and say hello. They are lovely people. Their cars are nice too.
We recently took delivery of our brand new Chery from John Grose Ipswich. We was seriously impressed with the level of the service that we received from the start and thought our experience. Charles was an absolute gentleman, no questions were to silly to ask and he really did go above and beyond for us. We was made to feel welcome from the moment we walk in the door until the moment we drove off of the fourcourt. Highly recommend these to buy a car from. And Charles again was absolutely A star, we could not recommend he's services enough.
Great, knowledgable, friendly staff who made the whole experience seamless. It was a pleasure to deal with Luca when buying our new car and he was always professional and friendly. He made the whole process so easy and has continued to happily provide us with advice after handover.
Oscar was very friendly, efficient and helpful. Great salesman and took over from a guy called Terry who was extremely abrupt and rude in communication. He accused me of lying and pushed to make his sale despite me letting him know I no longer wished to communicate with him. Thanks Oscar for saving the day! You were brilliant.
This is the first time I have used John Grose for getting a new motability car and found the service was very good. The salesperson Luca, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and made sure I was comfortable with my new car. Great service all round, I would highly recommend.
