I recently purchased a Geely EX5 Max from the Ipswich stand, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. From start to finish, everything was handled smoothly and professionally. The salesperson who assisted us was outstanding—always on top of every detail and consistently ensuring that everything stayed on track. Thanks to their efficiency and organization, my wife and I encountered no issues or delays at any point in the process. Not only are we very happy with the car itself, but the overall customer service truly stood out. The experience was seamless, stress-free, and genuinely enjoyable, which made a big difference for us. Overall, we’re extremely satisfied with everything involved in purchasing the car and would highly recommend the Ipswich stand to anyone considering a Geely.
My daughter bought a Ford Puma in 2025 - their after care has been excellent, which is really unusual nowadays! She has a problem with the bonnet and the sales man who sold us the car - Lucan - was quick to resolve - would 100% recommend if you're looking for a new or used car. Brilliant service.
