I had an absolutely fantastic experience with this car dealership! From the start, Steve was incredibly helpful and supportive, always honest and transparent. Steve guided me through the entire car loan process and even double-checked everything for me\u2014tires, pressure, coolant\u2014ensuring I had a safe, reliable car. Steve went above and beyond, even extending my warranty to a full year! When I went to pick up the car, Steve arranged for someone to pick me up from the train station and even topped up the fuel so I could drive over 200 miles with ease. Truly a kind, professional team\u2014I can\u2019t recommend them enough!
Recently purchased a second family car and couldn\u2019t be happier. My initial enquiry was dealt with swiftly and promptly with all questions answered honestly. On our first viewing of the car it was way better than others we\u2019d viewed. We test drove the car and both my wife, I and my son were allowed to have a go even though I realised this was taking up a lot of James time and was a longer drive than they\u2019d normally do it was never a problem. We\u2019d quickly decided this was the car, and more importantly the garage for us, and as my wife completed the paperwork my son and I enjoyed a game of pool - yes they have a pool table in their customer area - and we made arrangements to come and collect the car days later. On day of collection the car was presented impeccably having bring re-valeted after the test drive. To my surprise there was also over 1/4 tank of fuel in the car because the fuel light did pop in during our test drive. The paperwork was presented professionally all together in a delivery pack along with spare key, service documents etc and all the paperwork was explained clearly and without dealer jargon so we went away fully informed of their after care. Talking of after care, 3 days after purchase the car\u2019s tyre pressure light showed. My wife ran the car into James Bush Cars, after a quick phone call to them, and he immediately took the car to his workshop. Minutes later came back and informed my wife we\u2019d picked up a puncture and they were already in the process of sorting it for her. Around half hour later the mechanic brought the car back along with the offending item that had caused the puncture. Both the mechanic and James refused to take any money for the puncture repair and James just said keep the \xa320 my wife was trying to offer and treat us all to a takeaway with it instead. We\u2019re now over 6 weeks into ownership of the Clio and love it. The service we\u2019ve received has been exceptional, over and above what I\u2019d expect to receive from a franchised dealer when spending tens of thousands. We\u2019ve already recommended James Bush Cars to friends and will continue to do so. It was a straight forward, honest and hassle free buying experience and the aftercare has just been wow!!! I bought a car from this company on the spur of the moment in June this year. There was no hard sell and they were very pleasant to deal with. I have had the car for 4.5 months and there have been no issues. I have waited to write this review to make sure that the car ran well and that I was familiar with all aspects of it! I love the car and it hasn't skipped a beat since I bought it. Would definitely recommend James Bush Car sales and use them again,
