Karl has been brilliant throughout the whole process. Although we had a long wait for funding, Karl was patient and supportive, and we stayed in regular contact with updates. That level of communication really meant a lot. When we finally picked up our van, it was in prestige condition \u2014 a huge credit to the whole team. They definitely deserve a pat on the back! Even if we hadn\u2019t chosen this exact van, there were so many great options on the forecourt. And yes\u2026 you even get offered a coffee, which absolutely made my day! On the drive along the M62, we spotted a van with Thomas the Tank Engine on the side \u2014 very cool. Now I want one! Karl\u2026 does this make you the Fat Controller? \U0001f604 (Sorry, couldn\u2019t resist!) Would definitely buy from J Tech again \u2014 highly recommended.
Would highly recommend Jtech! I recently bought a van for a camper conversion and Karl was amazingly helpful, showing me my options and letting me try them out to see what was right for me. After sales support was also fantastic, with a new door lock, speed limited removal and wheel re-alignment sorted at no extra cost under my warranty.
