Won\u2019t be using them again I travelled over 2 hours to view a car and was clearly told the exterior marks would be sorted and the interior properly valeted before collection. I was also repeatedly pushed to pay \xa3350 for a \u201cdiamond clean,\u201d which I refused expecting a \xa312,600 car to already be in good condition. On collection, it was obvious very little had been done. The car had only been washed, with marks still visible, and the interior had just a quick hoover not a proper valet. When challenged, I was told they\u2019d done what they could, which simply wasn\u2019t true. Within a week, the battery went flat. Despite the 6-month warranty, I was told it wasn\u2019t covered because it\u2019s a used car poor aftercare for a car I\u2019d owned for days. The phone charger also didn\u2019t work, despite being \u201cchecked,\u201d and had to be replaced at my expense. I then had to spend \xa3400 correcting the paintwork and \xa3100 on a proper valet. The valeter showed how dirty the seats still were, confirming it hadn\u2019t been cleaned properly at all. Overall, this was poor service, poor preparation, and no real aftercare\u2014especially considering the price paid. I would not recommend and won\u2019t be returning.
Nice experience buying the car, however two known faults, one the dealer claimed to have repaired prior to my purchase (but didn\u2019t) and the other, they reimbursed me for as I\u2019m 200 miles away and was not something I could have known about prior to purchase. Prior to vehicle purchase they produced an internal invoice from their workshop showing a diff leak was repaired (past MOTs showed this as an advisory) It was not, I\u2019ve now paid nearly a grand to have the repair carried out locally, when the business with the publicly listed \xa31m cash at bank (balance sheet on companies house) wanted me to return the car at my cost so they could fix an issue they had \u201calready fixed\u201d. I think they wanted me to return the car on the perception that I was a chancer, or on the bet that taking time off work to travel to derby would be a major inconvenience for me and that I would not. I had written war and peace for this review as I\u2019m expecting a dismissive response, however I figured the high level info on what has gone on would be sufficient.
Spoke to Mike about an F-type they had and arranged to go and see it. After a 2 hour drive there we were welcomed by Mike and he just gave us the keys and said go and drive it. Very relaxed, no pressure sales environment. Bought the car and collected it the following week. Thanks Mike for seamless transaction.

I recently purchased a 2022 Lexus NX 350H after finding it on the company\u2019s website. Due to the distance from my home in Essex, I dealt with Fred in sales over the phone. He was personable, professional, and made the process very straightforward. We agreed on the deal, including the part exchange value for my current car before I traveled - allowing me to complete everything in a visit.
