I had a good experience, but a long day. My car was booked in for an MOT and service. I brought it down at 08.15 and left it and walked into Chichester. When I returned at 12.00, my car had failed it's MOT and needed 2 new front tyres. These needed to be ordered and wouldn't be in until 3/4pm. I went back to Chichester and then returned at 4pm. The delivery had come in. They were fitted as soon as possible. The staff were helpful and polite.
