Myself and my partner recently went to look and test drive a car at Frankby Motors, from the offset Cliff was so welcoming and so informative. We decided to buy the car and from this moment Cliff went above and beyond to make sure that it was perfect for us, completing some minor issues as extras for us without us asking! I cannot recommend Cliff and Frankby Motors anymore than hopefully this review states. Thank you so much mate! James and Emma
Amazing service! Went to buy a car for my wife. We test drove a couple and both were immaculate. The one we chose came with a full service, 12 months MOT and a full valet. Apart from the great car, the service was superb. Friendly yet professional and genuinely a lovely man. Would 100% recommend visiting - even if the car you want is t in his stock he can advise on possibility of securing you the model you want and he is really knowledgeable about cars, the pros and cons of makes and models and cares about the customer.
The kindest, most genuine staff! I bought a car from Frankby motors 7 years ago, my first car ! It did me well for 4 years until I needed something bigger! 7 years on I now own a van, that I did not buy form Frankby motors( they don\u2019t sell vans or I would\u2019ve gone there). I needed the bulkhead taking out so I thought I\u2019d pop in and chance my luck . Just as i remembered, the kindest people helped me out. No questions asked, just unscrewed it for me and had a lovely chat too! Can\u2019t fault them ever!
Well then, that was a pleasant experience. Needed a reasonably price run around for my wife. Looked around and found a few at Frankby Motors. Went along and had a look around. Decided to enquire about two. Cliff helped us no end, very polite and very informative. No pressure to sell at all. Sent us away to make a decision at home. Back the next day to buy a low mileage well presented Peugeot 108. Thank you Cliff and Frankby Motors. Car doing well without any problems three months down the line.
