The car itself is great which is the main thing but the customer service and experience let FOW down I feel. There was nothing special or exciting about the experience and being told to sit here then sit there to wait for someone several times was quite annoying. The company feels too big for personalised service and I feel this is something that could easily be improved.
Bought the car 18 months ago, it had been MOT’d & Serviced. It now needs a complete engine replacement totalling over 9k, I called FOW for advice and was met with no interest at all, have ended up raising a complaint with the finance company to try and get a resolution as you don’t buy a car and expect the engine to go so soon! I suggest customer service improves as I was met with no sympathy, interest or advice in what was an extremely stressful situation. Quick enough to sell the car but don’t want to know after. Safe to say I WILL NOT be buying from these ever again.
