The whole process was so easy, I'd seen the car I wanted online and I was able to reserve it over the phone to come and take a look at. We were given the keys and able to have a good look around by ourselves to make a decision. We then sat down with Carla, she was so lovely, very polite and knowledgeable. There was no hard sell, we were offered the usual add ons to the sale but did not feel pressured at all to buy any of them. I was given a great price on a part ex of my car, I would defenitely reccomend seeing what FOW will give you for your car before selling it with the likes of Motorway or money supermarket. Picking up the car couldn't of been any smoother, we paid online before collecting and had the forms emailed over to us to sign. A quick change of ownership and tax purchase and we were done. The car was in brilliant clean condition and we drove away very happy. Thank you Carla and FOW.
Dharmender Singh was ever patient whilst I examined and questioned every line of the extended warranty (which I then took out). A fresh MOT was a nice surprise and some extra fuel to ensure I got home (over an hour away) without difficulty. Dee was pleasant and chatty and even made me a cuppa for the journey home.
I was in the motor trade for over fifty years so had a lot of experience from both sides of the counter so to speak, I dealt with two very, very helpful members of staff, Rebecca and Dee, both a minefield of knowledge on my chosen car, all questions answered and all concerns addressed, what more could you ask for. The car was delivered to my home with no problems whatsoever, Thanks again to Rebecca and Dee.
The first agent Ewan was fine. Clear concise and upfront. Then an older guy from Liverpool turned up. I have no idea what his purpose was. He just served to wind us up and waste a lot of time. He faffed about for ages trying to access We Buy Any Car. Never managed it because he kept making errors inputting the data. He tried to con us by saying the price of the car we had reserved had gone up by £100. He really soured what could have been a simple experience. The day of collection we were left waiting for 25 minutes before we told someone. Then a lady dealt with us. Very business like. No friendly interaction. All very cold.
