I spotted the car that I wanted on the eve of departing for a holiday, so all communication was done via email but everything was impeccable. Anastasia was great every step of the way, making sure everything was clear, both via email and in person when I collected the car. When I arrived, I found the place to be immaculate, vibrant and very friendly. All round a great experience and I'm very happy with the car!
My husband and I had a great experience buing our car from FOW Winsford. The whole process was smooth and well-organised. A special thank you to Hannah, she was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional throughout. She answered all our questions and made everything much easier and less stressful.
Bought my Audi 7 from here. Brilliant customer service. And the lady Hannah Steele who dealt with my sale was very professional in her job. She kept in touch throughout the process. As I had a few issues after I purchased it. It had to be put on diagnostics at a local garage. All cost were covered by FOW. Luckily it wasn’t anything bad. I highly recommend. Thank you Hannah Steele for your brilliant customer service.
Overall very efficient way of purchasing a car . I bought the car unseen on a click and collect basis . Filip the sales man was efficient and answered all my questions without delay and kept the car for me for 10 days . When I arrived at the centre I was really impressed with how the car was presented as it was in perfect condition - even better than described and extremely well valeted and prepared . I paid the balance and left within 20 minutes , additional warranties etc were offered but in a professional and helpful way. Based on this I would certainly have no hesitation in buying another car from FOW. I also liked the website as you can search for low insurance cars, great when buying for younger drivers.
