I was a car salesman myself 38 years ago, how things have changed and for the better, I like the idea of pricing that's the price of the vehicle and that's it, you can walk around the cars without being bothered about a pushy sales person, if you're thinking about buying a car go and have a look, you'll be surprised.
Didn’t feel pressured into anything. Was very knowledgeable about the cars I viewed and talked me through the options well. Did find the monthly price differed from quoted price, was told this can happen from the finance company. Only thing they could improve was to put fuel in the car as it was on reserve miles
my wife bought a car from the winsford branch and the experience we had was not what we expected. We have had to wait for a very long time to go through all the processes, meaning we reach home very late as we are from glasgow. However the most dissapointing thing is that I initially raised a complaint regarding a small chip on the windscreen that we noticed. An email was sent to the complaints team with pictures, however they said they will get in touch with a company and that these people will contact me to get it sorted. I never received any call or follow-up. Days passed by as we are all busy people in our life. I contacted them again after a few months as nothing was heard, they suggested I should have taken the car somewhere local for a quote. Of course we did not do that and it is all our fault now. I send a new picture of the windscreen chip as it has grown up a bit more during winter time, however I have been told the claim is no longer valid and the case is closed. I am extremely dissapointed with the level of service with the branch and lack of understanding of customer concern. The email received from the complaint team felt a reply in anger rather than we are sorry but we cannot do anything now.
