The lady at reception was very helpful, telling me and my dad how to find the car we’d like to buy and where we could speak to someone to get the keys and look inside. After, we sat down with Phebe who was so sweet and so helpful, and she guided us through the buying process and accompanied me on a test drive! We left very happy with our purchase and I will definitely be coming back here when I need to get a new car. ☺️
Mike was an amazing help when purchasing a car, he looked after me very well he even wrnt above and beyond to get the alloys on my purchased vehicle refurbished as the last owner curbed them quite abit, over all i had a very good experience shopping here and would recommend friends and family, thank you Mike
It’s a typical car supermarket experience, upsell, move the cars out as quick as possible, to be fair the sales staff were very nice and helpful but the car wasn’t very well presented on pick up, quite a basic wash and not much polish, be sure you check everything on collection because once you’ve gone there’s no going back unless something covered by the basic 30 day warranty
Very smooth service after purchasing our second car from them. My first car was writen off and FOW went above and beyond to help us. I purchased a 4 year warranty on my first car and they evan got me a refund for most of the cost. They were so helpful. I just wanted to thank Lois for all the constant help and support evan on her days off.
I thought the choice of cars was amazing , although I felt there wasn't that personal feeling , it felt a bit mechanical, I fully understand that it its quick turnover business and ot practical to have more staff . I felt the staff were very professional and friendly I am very pleased with my car Thank you FOW
Good selection of cars as usual. Very poor communication both before the pickup day and after. Very difficult to speak to someone to get a response relevant to my problem. Have emailed them with a query over a week ago and have yet to receive a reply! Sales person did not give me any direct contact phone number or email address.
Came to Winsford from north Wales, no appt. A good selection to choose from and whittled it down to 3 and asked to test drive 2, to be told we could only test drive 1. I said to the salesperson if we couldn’t test drive 2 we were wasting each other’s time. He asked why I chose such different cars, whether I had any questions, to which I said not, but would likely have after driving them. It felt like being sat down for a school examination. We chose a Volvo, first choice and BMW second. He brought the BMW and the Volvo they couldn’t bring to test. The salesperson apologised and said he would email me further details. I felt patronised as an older woman and that my morning booked off work was wasted. Disappointing to say the least. I have since test driven elsewhere and found a lovely car from a garage with amazing staff and service, so my £35k has been spent elsewhere. Not a great experience, FOW, but you certainly set the bar low for improvement in customer service. And I’m still waiting for the email… so no need to bother now, thanks.
